DEFINITIONS

  2. Cookies – IT data, small text files, recorded and stored on the Devices through which the User accesses the Controller’s website.
  3. Device – an electronic device through which the User accesses the Controller’s website.
  4. User – an entity to whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and legal regulations, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

USE OF COOKIES

  1. The Controller uses Cookies via the website.
  2. The information collected from Cookies is used for the purposes of proper optimisation of the website, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.
  3. Cookies record a website user’s activity by recognising the Device, so that the website is displayed in a way optimised to the individual user’s preferences.
  4. The solutions used on the website are safe for the Devices of Users using the Controller’s website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to access Users’ Devices.
  5. The Controller uses two types of Cookies:
  1. Session Cookies: files that are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the session of a given browser. The recorded information is permanently deleted from the memory of the Device. The mechanism of Session Cookies does not make it possible to collect any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
  2. Persistent Cookies: they are stored on the User’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the Device. The mechanism of Persistent Cookies does not make it possible to collect any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

WAYS OF SPECIFYING THE CONDITIONS FOR STORING OR ACCESSING COOKIES

  1. The User can limit or disable the access of Cookies to their devices. If this option is used, the use of the Controller’s website will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.
  2. The User can, independently and at any time, change settings related to Cookies by specifying the conditions of storing and gaining access to the User’s Device through Cookies. The User can change the above-mentioned settings through the web browser settings or service configuration. These settings may be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies via the web browser settings or inform about each installation of Cookies on the device.
